Hades Cluster 40k Campaign- Run by Geoff Cooper First off just as a guideline for submissions is the final report for a 40K campaign that was recently run at the club by Geoff Cooper. The Campaign was set in the Hades Cluster and featured a map with 30 worlds and 60+ locations. There were 7 players of varying degrees of involvement. The following is the 'awards' that were created and given to the players in recognition of their role in the campaign.
John Tailby (Space Marines): Awarded the Golden Skull of Khorne for the most enemies 'ground into the dust beneath his chariot wheels' and largest number of times 'galaxy bestrode like a Colossus'. Alan Borthwick (Chaos): The Octopus Award for holding the most territory (however tenuously) and the Slobadan Milosevich Memorial Chamber Pot for the most villages (oops sorry) 'worlds' razed. Peter Denne (Imperial Guard): General Haigs Commemorative Tea Cup for continually attacking no matter the set back and never letting the fact that you don't have any troops left stand in the way of a launching yet another human wave attack. Paul Apathy (Dark Eldar): The Dagger of Negotiable Loyalty for the most allies betrayed and pacts broken. Greg Rae (Space Wolves): The Star of Phyrus for the single bloodiest victory in the campaign. Gareth Ackrill (Blood Angels): The Brass Bulls Eye Plaque for
being voted mostly likely to be killed next.
